We want you and your pup to be 100% happy with your new accessories, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all items are free of dog hair and tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your Cocopup gear back in its original packaging, ensuring all products are clean and in resalable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
